Pork with Vegetables Lumpia

Here are some pictures that i cook today.I really do not know what are the ingredients in making lumpia. I just made in my own.
Here are some ingredients that i used:
1 kilo ground pork
green beans
carrots
onions
garlic
pork 1(knorr cube )
soy sauce
2 eggs bitten with salt to taste
cooking oil
Here are the steps in cooking:
1.Saute garlic and onions in cooking oil.Then add the ground pork until it cooks thoroughly.

2.Add soy sauce to taste and 1 pork cube then stir.

3.Add vegetables until it is half cook.Then add beaten eggs then stir until the egg is cook enough.
4.Wrap in a lumpia wrapper.You can freeze some if you want cook or deep fry for some other time.

5.Deep fry in cooking oil.Serve hot!

Being Pregnant is not Easy

Since from the start of my pregnancy, i felt so many symptoms of pregnancy which is really uncomfortable and really severe feelings. The first trimester was so horrible. I had nausea, heartburn, vomiting,feel so tired, sensitive smelling, bad taste and produce a lot of saliva.The worst thing was i could not eat anything. I forced myself to eat something because of course our body need the food. Of course, i have my monthly check-up. The doctor prescribed the medicines of my heartburn, nausea and also for vomiting. I felt better when i took them but not completely. During my second trimester i felt a lot better. Now,i am in my third trimester but still i feel not normal because of stretching my belly. I felt so tired easily. I think this is the ways it is. I need to do my exercise which is 30 minutes a day because they said it's good for pregnancy. I just do walking because it's easier for me. Now, i am looking forward for the delivery of my baby. I hope everything will be fine which is 2 months from now.
Being a first time mom is also exciting but you have also face the worst thing which i mentioned above.

Last year, my husband and i went to the one of the famous tourist spots in the Philippines.We went to the Chocolate Hills where you can find at the Island of Bohol.I was really excited to go there because i never been there before. Before going to the beautiful chocolate hills,we spent our night at Bohol Divers Resort which has also a nice hotel to rest or sleep for the night.I enjoyed so much in looking the beautiful sand at the seashore and color of the ocean which really different from natural color of the common blue ocean.What i seen was blue green color of the ocean. It's really pretty to look at.

This is called "The Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception" where you can find in Baclayon.Next to the church is the old convent, which also houses a small museum with centuries-old religious relics, artifacts and other antiquities, dating back to the 16th century.It's being said that when they build this church, they used egg yolk as a substitute for cement.You can hardly believe that how many eggs are being used.

I made hot coco for myself and coffee for my husband.I do not drink coffee much because of my pregnancy this time.

My Tiny One is always Kicking

I've been 26 weeks in my pregnancy. It's been six weeks that my baby was kicking. I am so happy for this.She is pretty active inside.Even now that i write this post,she is kicking.Sometimes at night, she keeps me awake.She kicks so hard.I am so excited.I can't wait to hold her in my arms.When i had my ulrasound,we found out that she is a girl but not 100 percent sure (i think).Maybe i will have my second ultrasound soon.

What summer can do?

When i arrived here in US, it was fall season. It was so cold for me because i am from tropical country (Philippines). But i enjoyed the season because i never experienced before. Then winter came,i love the snows which i never touch before,it was so amazing for me. I enjoyed it. Then spring comes.Then what a nice summer! I love summer very much because no need to wear winter coat or spring coat. Of all the season ,i love summer very much because you can do a lot of things like repainting your house,cleaning outside,planting vegetables, enjoying the green leaves,specially planting flowers,fishing on the lake and many more.
So, yesterday, i enjoyed picking green beans and other vegetables at the farm of my brother-in-law. I love to eat fresh vegetables a lot like green tomatoes,cucumber,green beans, green peas.I love it. I hope it is summer everyday.

Recipe :Stewed Pork or Pork Soup

Here is a really good recipe that i would like to share with you. Yummy!This is best for filipinos.Just try my recipe.

What you need:
half kilo of pork with bones
2-3 pcs. bananas -must be plantain
1 potato
unions,ginger
chinese pechay,green beans or any green vegetables that you like.
3-4 cups of water or more.
salt and msg to taste
Boil the pork in a slow heat.Must be 2- 3 hours or until the pork is tender.When it is almost done,put other spices and stuff like vegetables,potato and banana.Serve hot!

Hello Bloggers and Readers

Hi guys!How are you today?I hope everything is fine with you.I am sorry if i could not read and visit your sites because i had some problems last couple days.I got so sick as i have written in my previous posts.Yesterday, i went to the doctor again to check what's really going on.I think i just got some bacteria that causes my headache and fever.There's nothing to worry about my baby inside "the doctor says".As of now, i am taking amoxicillin and i am started to feel better.I did not really know as of now if i got Lyme disease.It takes days to find out the result.

Domestic Seafood

Seafood is a very good choice for a healthy diet. Seafood is a source of top-quality protein and essential vitamins not readily found in other foods. I love seafood so much. I love fish, shrimp, crabs and all seafood. What I love most are fish. I used to live near the ocean in Asia. There I ate a lot of fish. I used to cook simple recipes like grilled fish with a special sauce I made. I used spices onions and tomatoes cut into very small pieces. Of course, the internal organs were removed and then replaced with spices and a little bit of salt. I then grilled the fish on fire made from coconut husks. The fish is eaten with another special sauce made of soy sauce, lime juice and spices. Like everything there it is eaten with rice. This is just a simple recipe. I am Still Sick

I got a lot of blog to write about but i did not do it because i am still sick this time.Poor me!I have headache and back ache.As what i have written in my previous post that i had lab test for that Lyme's disease.I hope the result will be negative. Not Feeling Well

Since last Saturday, i was not feeling well.I got some muscle pain,sore neck and headache. I am afraid of if have lyme disease because we got a lot of wood ticks outside our house. Then last night, i felt so cold and had little bit fever.When i woke up this morning i got headache again and so tired.So i took some medicine. Couple hours later,i am not feeling well again.So i call my doctor to see if i can have laboratory test for lime disease today and she says we can go there right away.So, we go to the hospital today to have lab test. The nurse says it will take two days to figure out.Please God help me!

Recently, we saw a raccoon outside our house. My husband said that raccoon carries a bad disease so he decided to buy a live trap for that raccoon.So, we put the live trap outside at our house last night.
Early this morning,we got the raccoon inside the live trap but we felt bad when we seen the raccoon inside.So, we decided to release the raccoon because i think we could not get the disease unless we touch it.
