Last week, my husband went to the City to have my interview for my green card. Everything was going well. We drove 2 hours going there. My husband planned to buy some pants for him after my interview. So we found a store on the way back. So my husband bought some pants at Levis brand. After we bought his pants, i saw the other side of the store has baby clothes which is a different brand called carter and it was a big sale which was 50 percent off. So we decided to go there. We bought few for my baby which was a good start. It was fun to go shopping for baby clothes specially that my baby to be is a girl. Mostly are pink and mostly are for winter clothes. For me, It was still pricey even if it was on sale because i compared the prices in my home country. It was just 15 pieces and they worth 90 dollars but my husband said that it was a good buy. Bow Hunting

My husband shot a deer last Wednesday (September 17, 2008). I was with him when he shot the deer. It was exciting. Here are some pictures.

This was the spot where the deers ate the corn and where the deer is shot. My husband and i tried to find the deer because after my husband shot it, the deer had a chance to run away a few yards going to the woods.

Hunting Deer Season

Hunting deer season with the use of bow and arrow started last September 13, 2008. My husband is so happy this time because he can hunt again just at our yard. Before the deer-hunting season, i saw many deers at our yard because we put a lot of corn to feed them. So this week i saw a lot too but my husband was at work. He can hunt just after his work or during weekend. Last weekend, he did not have time too because his friend was needed his help to build a sauna and then last Sunday there's no deer at our yard. Then today we see a lot but it is hard to hunt near at our yard because of little noises. They can easily hear the little noises. I hope they will come again.

Oops! I did it again

I ate too much again, which made me uncomfortable. I had chicken soup and rice. I love it so much that is why i ate a lot. I need to eat like six meals a day in a small amount because my tummy now is too tight (i am pregnant). Every time i ate too much, it is hard for me to breath and very uncomfortable. Even if knew it that it will be happened to me, i do it again. Sometimes, i cannot control myself. I hope i can control myself next time.

Expectant Mom

Maybe some of you did not know that i am expectant mom. My due date will be this coming November 15. I am really excited. I can't wait to hold my baby in my arms. I feel so much anticipation. For me, it is too long to wait. I know! Sooner or later, i know i can see her soon. We found out that she is a girl.
So, I have so many questions in my self. Will i be a best mom to my daughter? Can i be a good parent? Am i good enough to take care of her?
Well, based on what I’ve read on a book that we must follow our instinct and teach our child as best as we can. I know most parents that they are doing their best to their children. However, based on my observation to some parents is that even if they do their best, their kids do not listen to them, do not interest about the things that parents wanted for them, which is for their own good. What we can do? I think of many times this things. Well, i am hoping i am good enough to my child and will do the best i can.

Child abuse is a serious problem. It can happen in any family. Both physical and emotional can last for a lifetime. Children can't protect themselves so we must protect them to prevent child abuse.

1. Teach your child not to let anyone touch his or her private parts.
2. Tell your child to say "no" and run away from sexual touches.
3. Take any reports by your child of physical or sexual abuse seriously.

Look out for poly wraps that are taped, these will not stand up to the moisture in your spa and cause your hot tub top to become waterlogged. This is very important as there have been increased reports of accidental drowning among small children in spas. There are options available 2 locks or 4, we highly recommend 4 locks, 1 in each corner for as stated safety, and as well to keep your spa top in place due to wind. Remember to always insure that new hardware is installed for your locks as the plastic will wear over years of use. Try to replace your locks in a different location from where they were originally as the original location will be worn. All spa covers should have a reinforcing c-channel either aluminum or galvanized steel. Either one is fine with the galvanized steel being slightly stronger but a little heavier. This is a minor trade off and either is sufficient. There are many ways to protect your spa cover. The best way is to use a Spa Cover Cap which is a tarp like cover with an elastic hem that goes over your cover and protects the cover during the winter months. Floating solar or thermal covers will also protect you spa cover from harmful chemical filled condensation that will eat away at the underside of your spa cover. Hot tub & spa cover lifters not only make removing your cover a one person job, they help save your cover by reducing the wear and tear on them. Lastly keep your cover clean and conditioned with special formulated hot tub cover cleaners and wipes.

Need to eat more

My doctor's appointment was not doing good. My OB checked the measure of my tummy. I am in my 30 weeks of pregnancy. It's not in the right size. I thought it's big enough. I need to eat more. It is recommended that i must drink milk 6 glasses of milk a day. Huh! It's a lot. Well, I can do it!
Anyway, my baby's heartbeat is doing good. That's good news. The problem is seems my tummy is too tight. I could not eat a lot at a time, i must eat every now and then.
I want this to be done soon. Sooner or later, i know this will be done. Sorry guys, i complain a lot!
Next week, i will have my second ultrasound. I am so excited. I want to make sure if she is really a girl.Ok guys... see you later!

Doctor's Appointment

I have my doctor's appointment today. Right this time, i am not comfortable to walk and specially when i lay on bed. I feel the baby is so heavy to carry on. I thought it is easy to be pregnant. I was wrong. Well, i feel the excitement too but it's not easy to have a big tummy. I want this to be done. My due date will be coming November. For me, it's too long to wait. I will be carrying my baby for two months. Too long! Well, i am looking forward for the delivery of my baby girl. I hope everything will be fine.

It's Freezing

It's cold! I am freezing right now inside our house. I think it's getting cold. It is 60 degrees F inside. The humidity is too slow for me that is why i feel so cold. I hope it is always summer.

I just picked this movie at the rental DVD store without reading it at the back of the cover of the movie because it was casted by Angelina Jolie (my favorite actress). When the movie started, i have no idea what's the story all about. After i watched the movie, i did not know how i really feel. It is a love story, war, death, and lots of misery, but the movie is more intense.
Sarah Jordan (Angelina Jolie) is an American living in London in 1984 who has just married an Englishman, Henry Bauford (Linus Roache). They are attending a charity party when Nick Callahan (Clive Owen) disrupts the event. Nick is a doctor in a relief camp in Ethiopia, whose funding has been canceled. Nick brings one of the orphans to the party to show what the money is for. Sarah is so touched, she clears out her bank account to take food to Ethiopia.

So Sarah went to Ethiopia, the scenes are so realistic and horrible that you may not like to see the scenes. But i kept watching it. I did not know what to say. Here in USA, my husband and i are not rich but i think we got all our basic needs from food to clothing. We are so lucky that we got all we need except for fancy stuff. They are not contented of what they got even if they have plenty of their needs. I think most animal lovers knew about animal planet shows on TV. Their shows are very educational about animals. They got a lot of shows about animals. Like how animals grow up, how to take care of them, animal health, behaviour, and many more. Most are very educational and entertaining for animal lovers. They have also a show called pet star. A competition for pets which can do tricks.
They have also this show named untamed and uncut. Have you heard this show? You could not believe what's happening their shows. They got a lot of videos about wild animals or big animals that accidentally attacked to some people. If you are interested of this show. Just try to watch.

Gerbils' fun time

I am not really a pet lover. I just took a video because i was having fun to see these gerbils playing. They just love to play in this little wheel. They just love to climb,jump,chew and dig. Gerbils are also known as desert rats. They love to eat sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds and peanuts. They also like salt.
What i like about gerbil are they don't have bad smell at all.

This is my favorite fish in our little aquarium. It is really cute.
There are more fishes. I just took my favorite one. They are just tiny fishes.

Easily cold, Easily hot!

It's kinda irritated that my body is easily hot and easily cold. Anyone can tell me? Based on my own opinion, it's because i am slim or skinny and my body easily responses the temperature. That's what i think! I hope anyone can tell me what's really the reason. Or maybe i can read an article about this.
I feel so cold today. Here i am, wrap in my blanket while writing this post. It's about 62 degrees F inside our house. For some people is not cold for them. Sometimes i was not cold when it's 60 degrees or so. Maybe the humidity today is low because it differs how much the humidity is.

Try to eat vegetables and fruits everyday. I promise you will loose weight.

Annual Yard Sale

Yesterday, i went to a big yard sale at Siren Wisconsin. It was early in the morning,a lot of people already there. I could not believe that a lot of people went there. There was a lot of stuff. Izzy Cat

Here is our other pet in our house. She is a female cat. She will be turning one year old this September 27,2008. She stays outside because i don't like if she is at the kitchen and sometimes makes a mess. She is doing pretty good outside. One time, we lost her and could not find for one day. We thought that a wild animal killed her. We tried to call her many times and we just heard a little voice. We could not figure out where that voice was. Finally we found her above the tree. She did not know how to get down from the tree. So my husband saved her. He tried to get a ladder to get our poor cat.

Gerbils

Here is some pictures of the gerbils. My stepdaughter loves them so much. It is so much fun for her. I love them too because they don't make a bad odor at our house. It does not matter to me as long as they don't make a bad odor. One is female and the other one is male.They are young, not sure if they will have baby soon.
Gerbils are different from other types of rats. Gerbils are more fun and they are not disgusting. Gerbils love to play. I have a video on how they play. I will post it soon. Only i can have for now are pictures because it will take a long time to upload in youtube.

A lesson From Eating Too Much

I broiled a whole chicken for supper. I love it so much because it seems my appetite is really good right this time. I am gaining some weight but not a lot. It's really good for me though because the doctor said that i must gain more because i was overweight before but i think i am normal this time.Anyway, i ate a lot for my supper.
