Dear Expectant Mom

I know it is very exciting to be an expectant mom. This is the beginning of being mom to be. I know how you experience joy and happiness when you knew that you are pregnant. I experienced those moments. I cannot explain how happy i was when i knew and i found out that i was pregnant.
Many women may experience severe morning sickness during first trimester. Maybe some may not experience at all but most women really experience morning sickness. Our body changes a lot. Those women who may not experience morning sickness are so lucky. It is not easy to have nausea and vomiting. I remember those times that almost food that i smelled is almost had bad smell. I could not ever imagine those times.
I want to share with you what i ate in my last trimester, which my morning sickness was gone. I drunk plenty of milk like six glasses a day and plenty of juice. I ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. During your pregnancy, you must drink plenty of milk, which can make you strong during the labor and it is good for your baby. Moreover, do not forget to be active especially when your labor is getting closer. Just stay active and have daily exercise. I can assure you that if you will do this what i mentioned above, you would have not hard time during your labor. You must exercise like 30 minutes to one hour a day if are at the stage of your third trimester. Good luck!

NO to Morning Sickness, Yes to Labor

I just want to share my experiences during my pregnancy from morning sickness to labor. Maybe some of you may confuse why my title of this post is like that. Some of my friends here in blogosphere knew about how my morning sickness was really worst. I had severe morning sickness and lots of vomiting in my first and second trismester, which was, lasts 6 months. It was really worst that i could not ever imagine. I worried about my baby that i could not almost ate those months.That is why NO to morning sickness.
In my third trimester, it was a lot better but i still had heartburn. I was not still feeling normal but it was better. I tried to eat lots of fruits, vegetables and drunk plenty of fluids like juices and milk. Before I had my labor, i did not experience any contraction or false labor at all.
Yes to labor!
It was early morning then i went to the bathroom. I just wonder if it is urine or the amniotic fluid. It did stop at all. I was not sure if it is the early signs of labor because i did feel any contraction yet. So i woke up my husband and told him that maybe i broke my water. So we waited for couple minutes then it did not really stop. So we just went to the hospital right away. While heading to the hospital, it’s kinda funny because we just pretty happy and made jokes because i did not feel any contraction yet. So when we arrived at the hospital the doctor just check right away the fluid it is really an amniotic fluid. I did feel any contraction after many hours. We arrived at the hospital at 6 am. I did not feel any pain until 1 pm. So the doctor decided to use medication for contraction until I felt the pain. It was just like a menstrual cramp. When it was ready to push, I was pushing it so hard so that the baby will come out right away. I think it was just 30 minutes or less than one hour when I pushed my baby.

My Baby

How is my baby doing right now?
My baby is 8 days old. She is doing great. She sleeps like 15-20 hours a day. It is normal to newly born baby. She just cried when she was hungry and needed to change her diaper. In fact, right now while writing this post she is sleeping. She is really a good girl. I hope she will not change. During daytime, i can take shower for a long time while she is sleeping. And also i can take a nap. What a lucky mommy! I can also do blogging too. I am happy mommy! Here is a picture of her. She is such a happy baby.
